Accreditation application form

I hereby apply for accreditation for home games of the Berlin Thunder at Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahnsportpark.

Terms and Conditions

 

Only freelance or full-time media representatives, who can present an official press card or an editorial assignment from a print publication, a radio station, a TV station, an Internet medium or a picture or news agency, are entitled to accreditation. The mere possession of an official press ID is not sufficient for accreditation. Accreditation is personal and cannot be transferred. The organizer reserves the right to have further documents submitted with the application for accreditation. The application for accreditation may be rejected by the organizer without stating reasons.

Failure to comply with the requirements set out in these provisions shall result in the withdrawal of accreditation and expulsion from the event. In this case, the organizer expressly reserves the right to take further steps (e.g. future rejection of accreditation requests, claims for damages).
The liability of the organizer and its assistants for damage to the property of media representatives is excluded, unless gross negligence on the part of the organizer can be proven.

All media representatives are obliged to,

  • to report objectively to the best of their knowledge and belief and to abide by the Press Code.
  • to wear the safety vest provided and the press pass issued in a clearly visible manner.
  • not to enter the playing area, team zone, tunnel areas and changing areas before, during and after the event.
  • not to obstruct teams and their players.
  • not to disturb the referees at any time (in particular by obstructing their view).
  • not to disturb the general course of the event or the production of the world feed.
  • to follow the instructions of the organizer, the stewards and, if applicable, the host. Journalists (press/online/freelance) and radio in particular do not make any visual or audio-visual recordings in the form of still or moving images or videos. The organizer may refuse to allow any equipment necessary for the creation of images (e.g. photo or video camera).
 

Press photographers agree in particular to,

  • to adhere to the photographer areas assigned by the organizer and to place the equipment provided by the organizer in such a way as to avoid endangering other persons.
  • not to use a flash during the warm-up and the game.
  • to enter the competition area only after the end of the match.
  • to use photos exclusively for editorial publication purposes.
  • With the accreditation, the photographer is permitted to take and publish photographs in accordance with the implementation regulations on behalf of the outlet. Any commercial or advertising use of this photographic material and its disclosure to third parties is not permitted. Non-compliance may lead to claims for damages on the part of the Berlin Thunder, its company and the European League of Football GmbH.
 

Freelance photographers agree in particular to,

  • in addition to the accreditation application, submit a copy of the current recognized press card AND a written confirmation of the editorial order (editorial order) of the medium for which they wish to report. This editorial order must not be older than 3 months.
  • With the accreditation, the photographer is permitted to take and publish photographs on behalf of the outlet in accordance with the implementation regulations. Any commercial or advertising use of this photographic material and its disclosure to third parties is not permitted. Non-compliance may lead to claims for damages on the part of the Berlin Thunder and its company.
 

Press representatives and journalists agree in particular to,

  • to present a valid and recognized press ID card.
  • to send a editorial copy of the accompanied game by e-mail to presse@berlinthunder.de
 

Freelance journalists agree in particular to,

  • in addition to the accreditation application, submit a copy of the current recognized press card AND a written confirmation of the editorial order (editorial order) of the medium for which they wish to report. This editorial order must not be older than 3 months.
 

The completed accreditation application must be submitted to the organizer at least 48 hours before the event:

Once the application has been positively checked by the organizer, you will receive a certificate of accreditation by e-mail. On presentation of this accreditation certificate and the press card or identity card, the accredited person will receive a press pass at check-in, which is only valid for the above-mentioned event.
